New Conditioning Class Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Now offering conditioning classes 3 days a week! This high intensity work out focuses on speed, power, endurance, core strength, balance, agility, flexibility, conditioning and explosiveness. Circuit training classes consist of about 8-12 stations. These are usually completed for 30-90 seconds with 30-90 seconds rest between each station. Progression can come through either increasing the station time or decreasing the rest intervals. Circuit training tends to be intense, but it’s completely adaptable to the individual. Beginners use less weight and perform simpler moves than more experienced exercisers, and everyone gets a good workout. Anyone who wants a really fun and fast-paced workout will like circuit classes. Circuit classes are also great for busy people who want to combine a strength and aerobic routine in one workout.
